Mission
Most AI products are built for demos. Keen Labs builds for production. The focus is always on the specific problem — who has it, what they need, and what the system has to do to solve it reliably.
This means working in domains where accuracy matters: pensions, payroll, financial analysis. It means designing workflows that keep humans in control. And it means shipping products that work without requiring users to become prompt engineers.
The goal is not to build the most impressive AI system. The goal is to build the most useful one — for a real person, doing a real job.

Keen Andersson's background spans multiple domains that don't often overlap — AI systems and product development, finance, payroll and HR operations, and digital design. Keen Labs is built at the intersection of all of them.
The products built at Keen Labs come directly from problems encountered working across these domains. Pensionskollen came from the opacity of Swedish pension systems. Keen AI came from the cost barrier for independent builders. Each product exists because the right tool didn't.
The approach is practical and opinionated: define the problem precisely, build only what solves it, and make sure it works in real conditions — not just in controlled tests.

How we got here
Foundation
Keen Labs formed around a core thesis: that the gap between AI capability and real operational utility is mostly a product and workflow problem, not a model problem.
First products
Keen AI and Pensionskollen were the first products launched — one targeting builders who needed affordable model access, the other targeting operators navigating complex Swedish HR regulations.
Expansion
Keen Command, WSP Screener and the Client Systems model extended the portfolio into orchestration, market analysis and custom operator tooling.
Now
Keen Labs operates as a focused product studio — shipping, iterating and building new systems in adjacent domains where practical AI tools are missing.
